HomeDial.ai does not provide real estate brokerage, legal, or financial advice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete account information
Use the Services only for lawful purposes
Comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws
Ensure you have proper consent to contact leads using AI calls, SMS, or email
You are solely responsible for the content, scripts, phone numbers, and workflows you configure.
4. AI Voice Calls & Compliance
You acknowledge that:
Calls may be recorded and transcribed
You are responsible for complying with call recording, consent, and telemarketing laws, including TCPA and similar regulations
HomeDial.ai acts as a technology provider and does not guarantee legal compliance for your specific use case
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
6. Subscription, Billing & Payments
Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly)
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
Usage limits (minutes, calls, agents) depend on your selected plan
We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Free Trials & Demos
Free trials or demo calls are provided “as-is” and may be limited or discontinued at any time without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, AI models, branding, and technology used in HomeDial.ai are the exclusive property of HomeDial.ai or its licensors.
You may not:
Copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Services
Use HomeDial.ai branding without written permission
9. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your business data.
By using HomeDial.ai, you grant us a limited license to process data solely to provide and improve the Services.
10. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party dependencies.

Lead quality
Business outcomes
AI accuracy in every scenario
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeDial.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HomeDial.ai harmless from any claims arising out of:

Your violation of laws or third-party rights
Your communication with leads or customers
